United Spirit of America, Inc.
Wholesale Returns & Claims Policy
Effective August 14, 2026
Scope
United Spirit of America, Inc. is a wholesaler and does not sell directly to retail consumers. We sell primarily through authorized distributors, including Cardinal Health and Owens & Minor, and through procurement channels such as DAPA. This policy applies to our direct wholesale purchasers unless a purchase order, distribution agreement, government contract, or other written agreement states otherwise.
Eligible claims
Direct wholesale purchasers may submit a claim within 15 days after delivery for products that arrive damaged or defective, or when United Spirit of America ships the wrong item.
How to submit a claim
Email mp@usa-spirit.com within 15 days of delivery. Include the purchase order, invoice, or contract reference; item and quantity affected; a description of the issue; and photos when applicable. Do not return product without written return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return conditions
Only products purchased directly from United Spirit of America are covered by this policy.
Opened or used health, hygiene, personal-care, and preventive-medicine products are not returnable, except when confirmed defective.
Products damaged by improper storage or handling, and claims submitted after 15 days, are not eligible.
Resolution and costs
After reviewing an approved claim, United Spirit of America may replace the product, issue an account credit, or provide a refund, as appropriate. Return freight, restocking charges, credit timing, and other costs are governed by the applicable purchase order, distribution agreement, contract, or written return authorization.
Distributor, government, and contract orders
Some authorized distributors, including smaller distributors, may resell products to retail customers. Those retail sales are made by the distributor, not by United Spirit of America. Customers who purchased through Cardinal Health, Owens & Minor, another distributor, or a purchasing program must contact the seller shown on their invoice and follow that seller’s return policy. DAPA, DLA, VA, and other government or contract orders are governed by the applicable agreement and procurement requirements. If those terms conflict with this policy, the applicable agreement controls.

Google Merchant Center Eligibility Note
United Spirit of America’s wholesale-only sales model is important when evaluating Google Merchant Center. Standard Shopping listings are intended for products that can be purchased directly through the advertiser’s online store.
Business model: Wholesale only; no direct retail sales
Sales channels: Authorized distributors, including Cardinal Health and Owens & Minor, and procurement channels such as DAPA
Website policy: Publish page 1 as the company’s wholesale returns and claims policy
Retail purchases: Any retail sale is made by the distributor; the seller shown on the purchaser’s invoice controls the retail return policy
Recommended approach
Do not present United Spirit of America as the online retailer if shoppers cannot purchase directly from its website.
The distributor that completes the sale should publish and configure its own customer return policy in its Merchant Center account.
If United Spirit of America later offers direct online checkout to individuals, create a separate retail return policy and configure Merchant Center to match that policy exactly.
Important
Because United Spirit of America does not sell directly to retail consumers, a wholesale policy should not promise consumer return terms or free returns unless those obligations are included in the applicable distributor agreement or contract.
